CONSTRAT Limited maintains comprehensive insurance coverage to protect our platform, users, and operations. Our insurance portfolio includes:

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Coverage: £5,000,000 per claim

Protects against claims arising from professional advice, errors, or omissions in the operation of our platform and services. This covers platform functionality, data handling, and service delivery.

Public Liability Insurance

Coverage: £10,000,000 per claim

Covers claims for injury or property damage arising from our business operations, including events, meetings, and platform-related activities.

Cyber Liability Insurance

Coverage: £2,000,000 per claim

Protects against data breaches, cyber attacks, and digital security incidents. Includes coverage for notification costs, legal expenses, and regulatory fines under GDPR.

Errors & Omissions Insurance

Coverage: £3,000,000 per claim

Covers mistakes, oversights, or failures in our platform services, including booking systems, payment processing, and consultant matching algorithms.

Consultant Insurance Requirements

All consultants on the CONSTRAT platform must maintain valid insurance coverage throughout their engagement. This is a mandatory requirement for platform approval and continued listing.

Minimum Insurance Requirements for Consultants:

  • Professional Indemnity Insurance: Minimum £5,000,000 per claim
  • Public Liability Insurance: Minimum £5,000,000 per claim
  • Employers' Liability Insurance: Minimum £10,000,000 (if employing staff)

Verification Process:

  • Consultants must upload valid insurance certificates during registration
  • Insurance documents are verified by our compliance team
  • Annual renewal reminders are sent 30 days before expiry
  • Profiles are automatically suspended if insurance lapses
  • Businesses can view consultant insurance status before booking

Independent Contractors: All consultants on CONSTRAT are independent contractors, not employees or agents of CONSTRAT Limited. They are solely responsible for their professional advice and services.

Consultant Responsibility: Each consultant is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance, professional qualifications, and compliance with industry regulations.

Platform Role: CONSTRAT's liability is limited to the proper functioning of our platform, payment processing, and dispute resolution services as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Vetting Process: While we conduct thorough vetting of consultants, businesses should conduct their own due diligence and verify consultant credentials before engagement.
